Has the date ever caught up on you and you ‘can’t believe’ it’s here already. When we approach something mindfully we get real feedback on the experience; learning and growing and not just passively moving through it without realising it has even happened. That’s how we end up not noticing an entire month has passed. Is that really living?

A monthly planning session to guarantee an organised and satisfying next four weeks of your one life… a mindful month leads to a heart-filled life.

Taken from the Old English word mōnath for moon, it means the phase of time making up a month. At the beginning of every month we will plan, re-focus and set ourselves up to get the most out of our time and do what is best for us and for our lives.

What can you expect from a MŌNAT=H session?
Every month I will guide you in mindfully planning your month ahead.

The continued balancing of the ‘need to’s’ and the ‘want to’s’ often leaves us with a deficit because the first things to go when life gets busy are the things that will ultimately sustain us.

What brightens your day?
What excites and inspires you?
What energises, engages and challenges you?

These are the things that when incorporated into your daily and monthly life will fill you up, bringing the heart-filled philosophy to life. In pursuit of heart-filled is my philosophy where when you operate from a place of a complete heart full of positive, inspired, beautiful thoughts, emotions leading to actions then you will live a more complete and fulfilling life by default. There are things we can do daily, weekly and monthly to take steps to this heart-filled existence and they are different for everyone but they all have the same threads bringing them together.

When you take a moment to plan ahead you are designing a life you want to and deserve to live. By prioritising and planning in the things that will bring you fulfilment they are more likely to happen. There is more accountability simply by writing them down. You will also see just how much time you have available to be more creative with and you will learn more about yourself. You will discover who and what you need to actually be content and thriving and it may not be the people of things that you assumed they would be. Mindfully approaching tasks, job, hobbies and activities will help you to learn what really makes a difference in your life, what may be missing and what you can move away from.  

Join me online at 10am on the first Sunday of the month to mindfully plan your next four weeks of your one life. In a session there will be mindful activities, planning time and inspiring moments and what you get out of it is your life back – completely balanced and heart-filled.
